For more than two decades I have walked alongside others as a spiritual director, facilitator, intercessor, and contemplative practitioner. I am not a guide who calls down from the mountain — I am a little brother who has walked this road long enough to know a few of the landmarks. My approach is earthy, unhurried, and rooted in the ancient traditions of Christian prayer and practices. I believe God is always speaking. Together, we learn to hear Him.

One-on-one direction
Monthly sessions of unhurried listening — together attending to where God is moving in your life.
Contemplative retreats
Half-day and full-day guided retreats for those who need space to stop, listen, and be loved.
Lectio and prayer
Learning the ancient practices — praying Scripture, the Examen, and contemplative prayer.
Extended offerings
Half-day retreat
Groups of 6–12
3–4 hours. Guided silence, Lectio Divina, Examen, and space for God to speak. Can be offered at a church, retreat center, or outdoor setting. Low overhead, high impact.
3–4 hours
Full-day retreat
Groups of 6–12
6–7 hours. Deeper rhythm of prayer, silence, teaching, and directed reflection. Could include a simple shared meal. Your pre-dawn walk theology made into a day-long experience.

Small group cohort
Groups of 4–6
A small circle meeting monthly for shared contemplative practice — Lectio, Examen, intercession, and directed conversation. Not a Bible study. A learning-to-listen-together group.
