You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for. You just need a willingness to show up and pay attention. That’s enough to begin.

A conversation, not a commitment

Our first time together is usually 30–45 minutes. There’s no agenda to push through and nothing you need to prepare. It’s simply a chance for us to get to know each other a little, for you to ask any questions you have, and for us to talk honestly about what you’re hoping for.

We’ll also talk through the practical things — how often we might meet, what a session looks like, and the fee — so nothing feels uncertain going in. This first meeting is offered at no cost; it’s simply a chance for us to meet and see if this is a good fit, with nothing owed either way. If it feels right, we’ll set up our first real session from there. If it doesn’t, that’s alright too.

The practical details

Once we begin meeting regularly, here’s what that typically looks like — though all of it can flex to fit what’s actually helpful for you.

Frequency
Most directees and I meet once a month, for about an hour. Some seasons call for more or less — we’ll decide that together as we go.
Format
In person or by video call, whichever fits your life and location better.
Fee
Our first meeting is free. After that, $65 per session. If cost is ever a concern, please just say so — we can talk about it.

“You don’t have to arrive with something figured out. You can come with a question mark, a half-formed sense, or simply a willingness to pay attention.”
